HELLO FEAR!

Hello Fear

Before you sit down there's something I need to explain

Since you're here

I think I should tell you since we last talked things have changed

See I'm tired of being broken-hearted

So I made a list and you're on it

All my hopes and my dreams You took from me

I want those back before you leave

 I read that fear is wisdom and it is our subconscious minds sublimating an inner realization about something in our environment that is the opposite of what we want. To me, fear is  that heavy feeling you have on your chest and it is as if your heart wants to fall off,it weighs one down no matter how lively your surroundings maybe, it has the tendency of increasing High blood pressure; and there is a lingering pain you feel in your chest when you are afraid.

So many of people are scared of the unseen, scared of outcomes of what they have done, scared of the unknown,scared of the future, scared of dying, scared of suffering, scared of failing,even scared of living.

Fear kills faster than death, It destroys one capability of believing in one's ability. So, many people have worked hard for many years to create a better world. They continually have worked for a world where more people would be free from fear—the physical fear of poverty, disease, and loss, and the emotional fear of ignorance, misconception, and invisibility. In this time, it must  be also acknowledged that fear abound everywhere, both material and spiritual,especially during this election period, has increased. For me, life these days is a roller coaster ride between hope and fear, swaying wildly between what’s possible and what isn't. 

Hmmmm.....Like all roller coasters, this one is both demanding and terrifying, often simultaneously. But i find the courage from within to forge ahead, no matter how scary and tough it  may seems. I believe in myself and the power within to help during these periods.

 Hey you! Don't give into  that fear that threatens to engulf  you, it is really tough, I know! No one to help, it is a matter of time and diligence. I bet you know that tough time don't last but tough people do. Just hang in there,help is on the way!

 Hello Fear

I knew I would see you, You have a hard time letting go

See these tears,Take a good look cuz, soon they wont fall anymore

God's healing my hurtful places

That seat that was yours now is taken

I'm no longer afraid,See I'm better this way

And one more thing before you leave
Never again will I love you

My heart it refuses to be your home

No longer your prisoner

Today I remember

Apart from you is where I belong
